HOW COVID-19 has effected this business

It is a struggle for any business in their first year of operations,  2020 gave businesses additional hurdles.  Sadly, this business is based on social activities and has taken a significant blow to establishing a home of our own.   

December 20th will be our last day of operations with the POSH Center being located at the courthouse square in Union. 
While we are no longer able to offer our venue for your own private events, most of our fitness formats will be relocating to where our community began.  The Union Moose Lodge is allowing us to return beginning in January to offer POUND, Zumba and YOGA. 
Same wellness family, back to rock the lodge.

Thank you for the continued support.  We will not give up on our vision of offering Positive Opportunities for Sustainable Health, providing a space for you to not only improve your health physically, but mentally as well. 


Zumba with Carol 
Combining Latin and international music with dance moves, incorporating interval training- alternating fast and slow rhythms - to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Rockout Workout, a Cardio Jam Session uses lightly weighted Ripsticks for a full body workout.  POUND includes exercises that involve alternating squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles and back muscles. many of the positions used in POUND are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance
