Each participant must sign in upon arrival


   Please bring your own Yoga mat if needed

   Stay home if you or anyone in your household has been sick, you are not feeling well or may have been exposed to covid-19

You must follow the guidelines or you will be asked to leave.  Be respectful of others as we share this wellness space.  Following all social distancing guidelines to ensure a safe place for our community.

Combining Latin and international music with dance moves, incorporating interval training- alternating fast and slow rhythms - to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

POUND 

Rockout Workout, a Cardio Jam Session uses lightly weighted Ripsticks for a full body workout.  POUND includes exercises that involve alternating squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles and back muscles. many of the positions used in POUND are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance

Womens Moon Circle

a moon circle or womens cirle is a gathering of self care minded women set around the moon cycles, reflecting the theme for the moons sign and how you can work with self care relative to the moon.
It is a safe, sacred, non-judgmental space where all women are welcome to come as they are, and be in a sisterhood of women that truly support them.

New Moon is for setting intentions or wishes and the Full Moon is for letting go of what no longer serves you.  Each session will be scheduled around the moon phases.
